Proven for decades in industrial halls as an economical solution for seamless and seamless flat roof sealing and flat roof insulation, isodach PUR roof spray foam is also used for flat roof renovation and flat roof sealing of bungalow flat roofs.
The 2-component system is fed from our heated high-pressure polyurethane foam systems via heating hoses to a mixing chamber gun. Here the two components polyol and isocyanate are mixed in a ratio of 1:1 and sprayed onto the roof under pressure through a fine nozzle. Hence the name spray roof foam.
Economically insulate flat roofs and seal flat roofs in one.
The term “local foam” refers to the roof spray foam produced on site.
In its very short reaction time (2-5 seconds), the mixture goes through a very sticky phase in which it bonds securely and forcefully to the surface.
After just 30-40 seconds the foam has hardened and can be walked on. The foam can be applied in any layer thickness, from pure flat roof waterproofing to subsequent flat roof insulation in accordance with EnEv / GeG.
After the PUR in-situ foam has been applied in several layers to the desired layer thickness, our liquid plastic is then applied as UV protection in two layers of approx. 600g each.

The PUR local foam can be applied directly to the previously cleaned roof, so no demolition of the existing substance is necessary, which in turn saves costs and guarantees safety in the event of a sudden change in the weather, as the roof does not have to be opened. Only loose and non-load-bearing areas are removed, as well as bubble formations are cut out.After a short reaction time (2-5 seconds), the PUR roof spray foam gains its volume in which it "rises like a yeast cake".During the reaction time, the PUR in-situ foam goes through a very sticky phase in which it feels safe and secure connects completely to the subsurface. A later leakage of water is now no longer possible.
No cold bridges in connections and details
PUR roof spray foam is applied seamlessly and seamlessly over the entire surface in one operation, even in critical areas such as connections to components, skylights, penetrations, etc. Even the most difficult geometries and roof shapes can be permanently and safely sealed and insulated with PUR in-situ foam. Cold bridges are avoided here.
The material has excellent insulation values and at the same time provides a reliable seal, with very high diffusivity (breathable).
The finished PUR in-situ foam is closed-cell without capillary action and therefore waterproof.

Since we can apply the PUR in-situ foam in one layer to more than 1000 m² per day, cost-intensive processing times are reduced.
Finally, liquid plastic is applied to the finished layer in 2 layers of 600g as UV protection. Our PUR roof spray foam is a hard foam with a volume weight of approx. 55-60KG/sqm³
The flat roof sealing with PUR local foam can be walked on.
