Bitumen roof sealing with PUR local foam

This bitumen roof is a private bungalow

Since the flat roof (light hipped roof) was getting old, the customer decided to renovate the flat roof using PUR in-situ foam as a flat roof seal and additional thermal insulation.

The existing insulation was no longer effective and sufficient to meet the requirements

In the summer months the building heated up very much

In the winter months, the building cooled down significantly, driving up heating costs.

By subsequently foaming with PUR local foam, the roof was securely sealed and the insulation value was adapted to the customer's requirements.

It now has a tight, insulated flat roof and saves on heating costs.

The summer months in the building, especially the nights, are now pleasant.
