The old bitumen roof of this workshop was showing its age.
The old seal was brittle and cracked due to years of weathering.
Buckets to collect rainwater were already set up in the assembly halls below the roof area.
First, the flat roof was cleaned with pressurized water and a motor broom.
The surface was then foamed in several layers and then covered with liquid plastic in 2 layers approx. 600g of UV protection is sprayed on using an airless device
The total area of 650 square meters was completed in just one day.

In this video you can see the flat roof sealing with liquid plastic and fleece on the foil roof of a commercial hall in Munich.
Over the years, the plasticizers in the roofing film had diffused out and the film was rock hard and brittle.
What made the new flat roof sealing even more difficult was that the old sealing was secured from above with plate dowels against wind suction.
Our liquid plastic with fleece insert was successfully used here.
Our liquid plastic is solvent and plasticizer-free. Therefore it is UV resistant, which means it does not become brittle or crack in sunlight. It also adapts seamlessly and seamlessly to any roof shape, which was particularly advantageous here with the plate dowels.
Isodach was also able to successfully preserve this flat roof.
